- Evening hours are available by appointment
Rates:
- Initial assessment - $200
- Family or Individual Sessions - $120 - $130
- Letter Writing in 15 min increments
- Telephone Calls in 15 min increments
- Psychological Testing available
Out of pocket expenses for clients with insurance depends on co-pays and deductibles.

Accepted insurance plans include: Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, MHN, Tricare, Caresource, UBH, Humana.
